May 1st & 2nd, Eugene Oregon was host to a 9 team tournament. Well organize and well put together, I believe everyone enjoyed themselves. Great job Jeff. Sheldon High School won the overall tournament, defeating a injury depleted Premier Elite Black team. Count it, 4 of the 5 regular starters didn't play in this tournament due to injury. Many players from the Premier Elite Gold team played up with the Black team and the won their division and made it to the championship game. The Vancouver Heat was also at the tournament and went (3-2) with injuries, and the Pro-Am Flyers came down, and went (0-4) without a few of their key players.
Playing against good competition will go a long way towards making our individual players better. Happy to see the ladies competing. Good luck with the Summer events. And hey let's stay safe.
