EOT qualifier in Oregon City

Congratulations to Columbia Cascades team out of Vancouver Washington. Boy they look good. They have put together an impressive team. I was sitting there watching them and simply saying wow... They were the overall champs for the qualifier, and should make big noise in the End of the Trail tournament starting Monday.

Premier Elite entered two teams, both won "1" and lose "3". The Black team lose every game by less than double figures, competitive in all, just couldn't put it together in the clutch times. The Gold team learn a lot about higher level competition and hopefully will take back to their collective high schools a new found competitive spirit. Getting better and being better for their high schools is the goal at Premier Elite.

Pure Advantage went "2" and "2" and competed strong for there first time out. Congratulations.

NW Bluez captured 4th place and should be strong in the End of the Trail.

What an off season...

Wow, here we are not even July 2009 yet, and the area is buzzing. Southwest Washington girl's basketball is going crazy with, count it, 7 changes in coaches positions. Of course, most know of the new hiring at Evergreen High School, yours truly, but also Mountain View High School will have a new person in charge, along with Hockinson High School and Columbia River High School. And now, this week alone, Heritage High School, Hudson's Bay High School and Union High School have made coaching changes and all will be hiring new coaches. WOW...

This will be an interesting year. Stay turned for more information.

I appreciate your patients and understanding, HELP

Thank you for your patients and understanding during this transition. As most of you know by now, I have excepted the position of Head Coach of girl's basketball at Evergreen High School. My official start date was June 1st 2009. I have been trying to figure out how to do open gym for the Evergreen girls and practice the Premier Elite girls. It has been a challenge. Lots of time in the gym. (smile) Along with that, I've been trying to figure out how to stay true to those that follow this blog. Wondering if I can continue to be non bias or even if I want to be. I stand true to the point that the female players of Southwest Washington deserve recognition and exposure, for all the schools. This site is dedicate to achieving that goal. I've come to the reality that I need your help. Let's talk about ways to continue this site. Please feel free to get in touch with me with your ideas. I want to work with everyone in Southwest Washington to make all the athletes winners.

Thanks
