- I am a proud parent of 2 student athletes much like many of you. My name is Jay Foreman, Head Coach at Evergreen HS girl's basketball & director of Premier Elite. We've all choosen to live here in Southwest Washington because of the quality of life it offers. But let's admit it, it's not the hot bed for college basketball coaches coming to see our local athletes play. I started this site hoping to give our student athlete's some local and national exposure and to reach directly to college coaches. I believe "It takes a village to raise a child", and your help with this site will assist in that. Contact me anytime with news, suggestions, comments, scores, stories and more.
