CAMAS the new King of the Hill in the GSHL 3A

Yep, you heard right, Camas upset Prairie 59 - 46. The lost of all those players from last year's team, caught up to the Falcon's. After a couple of closer then normal wins down the stretch in league, Prairie got their wings clip by the Papermaker's in the District Championship game. Melissa Williams, and Katelyn Henson the usual big scores for Camas, differed last night to Kendra Preuninger 11, Kayla Roche 16, and Haley Smith 17 and 10 rebounds. Prairie still has a promising future led last night by freshmen Emily Rowe with 19 and Jackie Lanz scoring 11. But the NEW CHAMPS of the GSHL 3A the CAMAS PAPERMAKER'S.

It was a complete victory for Kelso over Heritage 57 - 40, last night in the 2nd round of the GSHL 4A District tournament. Dispite a "box & 1" gimmic defense to try and stop Carly Perkins she still scored 22 points to led the Lassie's in scoring. Mackenzie Martin had 14. For Heritage they were led by Tashawna Gordon with 14.
