The final week for GHSL 2A and the Playoffs start in 3A & 4A

In the GSHL 2A, things look a little unsure now with Ridgefield defeating Woodland soundly 62 - 32. After a close first quarter, the Spudder's opened it up and ran away from the Beaver's. Shelby Williams scored 25 points and Penny Hughes 16 to lead Ridgefield. Charity Arn scored 10 for Woodland. With one game left, there is a one game lead for Woodland over Ridgefield.

A last second win for Washougal over Mark Morris 61 - 60, pushes a tie for the last playoff spot in the 2A. Alicia McElroy hit 3 free throws with one second left, after being fouled on her 3 point shot to give the victory to the Panther's. McElroy finished with 30 points, Maddie Downs added 13 and Darcy Akers had 10 for Washougal. Tayler Blackman scored 13, Kelee Lambert 11, Kylie Farmer 12 for Mark Morris.

NOW EARLY 1st ROUND PLAYOFF RESULTS

In the 3A, 1st round, Union defeats Columbia River 47 - 44, and secures themselves a trip to the bi-districts. Janae Davis scores 13 to lead the Titan's, and 3 other players Mandy White, Brittany Blumenthal and Mikyla Ogata each had 9 points. Kass Cloyd scored 18, but it was not enough for the Chieftain's.

In the 4A, 1st round, Kelso handles Mountain View 68 - 40. The Lassie's pretty much dominated the game from the tip. Carly Perkins scores 19 points and grabs 15 rebounds to lead Kelso. Mackenzie Martin scored 19 also and Yale Pritchett had 11. Haley Holboke scored 12 for the Thunder.

In the other game played in the 1st round Heritage out plays Battle Ground 38 - 21, and moves on to face Kelso at Skyview on Friday. Emily Myers had 12 to lead the Timberwolve's and Haley Grossman scored 10 for the Tiger's.
